2. Is the AVREN Duffle suitable as hand luggage?
The AVREN Duffle is designed to fit within many airlines' hand-luggage allowances. Airline baggage allowances can vary by airline, route and ticket type, so we always recommend checking your airline's current requirements before travelling.
3. Can I use the AVREN Duffle as my only bag?
Yes. Its 30L capacity is designed to accommodate clothing, footwear, toiletries and everyday essentials, making it ideal for weekends away, short trips, business travel and gym-to-travel use.

The Duffle has a 30L capacity, providing generous space while maintaining a practical size for travel.

The AVREN Duffle is water resistant, helping protect your belongings from light rain and everyday splashes.
It is not fully waterproof and should not be submerged.
8. What material is the AVREN Duffle made from?
The exterior is made from high-quality vegan leather, with a polyester lining designed to be practical and easy to wipe clean.

For everyday marks, wipe the exterior gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners and machine washing.
17. Is the inside easy to clean?
Yes. The polyester lining is designed to be practical and easy to wipe clean.
18. How should I store my Duffle?
Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and allow it to remain dry before storing for extended periods.
Orders & Delivery
19. How long does delivery take?
Processing can take between 1-3 days. AVREN orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days.
20. Is delivery free?
Yes. AVREN currently offers free delivery.
21. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
22. Where does AVREN deliver?
We only deliver to UK
23. What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact AVREN customer support as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the damage so we can assist you.
Returns & Refunds
24. What is your returns policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
25. How do I return an item?

26. How long do I have to return my order?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
27. When will I receive my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@avrenuk.com.
28. Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
